The aborigines of Indonesia, in accordance to the instruction of the enlightened Vajrayana guru, Atiśa (982~1054), had been silently and patiently waiting for the arrival of their Savior, for more than hundred years. 此消息來源是來自西雅圖當天同門在與師和韓玉華大德共餐時，所耳聞的作證。感謝不願公開身份的提供者。
韓玉華大德與師尊的緣起和背景

韓玉華大德過去是世界華人工商婦女企管協會，鳳凰城分會會長，也是西雅圖分會的創辦人。她特殊的身份不是在於她的社會地位，而是過去２０年前，那時的她，是報社的記者，寫了很多文章辱駡師尊，因為當時的她是＂方大媽＂的室友。當＂方大媽＂第一次自殺的時候，就是韓玉華大德救了她。因為不瞭解當時的狀況，韓玉華大德寫了幾遍文章醜化師尊。師尊還取笑的說，祂記得那篇文章叫“掀開盧勝彥的神秘面紗”，師尊還調侃著說其實祂一點神秘感也沒有。師尊說，＂方大媽＂的七大本日記還在保留，都是別人寫情書給師尊，師尊從來不情信給別人的，師尊也從來不隨便摸人。

韓玉華大德在晚餐後，站在師尊旁邊對著眾同門面前做了以下的公證。

1）她不是師尊的弟子，所以不會故意爲了護師而造假。
2）方大媽來台灣時，被韓玉華大德介紹給於哥哥認識，後來被發現已經有精神不平衡的現象，被哥哥說，以後再也不要叫＂方大媽＂找他。
3）＂方大媽＂也叫她介紹男朋友給她，可是見過幾個＂方大媽＂交往的男友，曾經勸她說，若自己不自愛，她是沒辦法介紹她好的男人的。
4）她被很多人告知，有關師尊與＂方大媽＂的流言，被發佈在網絡上，沒有人為師尊澄清，她只要有機會，一定會為師尊澄清。只要她聽到外面的人流傳師尊和＂方大媽＂之間的流言，她都會為師尊澄清，不是因為師尊是師尊，就算是換成任何一個人，她都會這樣做，因為她知道事實的真相。
5）＂方大媽＂的死與師尊無關，那時＂方大媽＂已經離開西雅圖五年，她是拿槍自殺，在男友的工作地點。是和男友感情的糾紛造成的。

Below is the background story of Ms. Han and Grand Master Lu.

Ms. Han is the  CHINA World Federation of Chinese Business Women , Phoenix branch president , as well as the founder of the Seattle chapter . Her special status lies not on her social status , but in the past 20 years ago, when she was a newspaper reporter , she wrote a lot of impulsive articles abusing Master Lu, just because at that time she was Ms. Fang Qing's roommate, and henceforth she wrote without feeling the needs to verify any truth lies between her written words. When Ms. Fang Qing committed suicide for the first time, Ms Han saved her, and without further understanding of the real situation , Ms. Han wrote few articles to demonize Master Lu . Upon hearing this, Master Lu also made ​​fun of himself , he remembers the article called " Revealing the Mysterious Sheng-yen Lu", Mr. Lu joked about he never realize that he will be named among the mysterious character one day being the fact that he is not mysterious at all . Master Lu said, Ms. Fang Qing's seven diaries are still being held preserved, and the facts is, Master Lu Sheng Yen only received love letters from others, Master Lu never write love letters to others , Master also never casually touch people .

2 ) When Fang Qing visited Taiwan, Ms. Han introduced Ms. Fang to her own brother. However her brother later realized that Ms. Fang Qing was found to have a mental imbalance, Ms. Han's brother told Ms. Han, never bring that woman to him again.
3 ) Fang Qing also urged people to find her a boy friend, upon seeing her so called several boyfriends, her friends mostly advised Fang Qing to stay self-disciplined,  otherwise there is no way people would dare to introduce her to any decent man.
4 ) Ms. Han was told by many people about the spreading rumors between Master Lu and Fang Qing, most of them posted on Internet, however nobody stood up for Master Lu to make any clarification, therefore if she is given the chance, she will clarify on behalf of Master Lu, and will always do. As long as she heard rumors mushrooming about Master Lu and Fang Qing , she will clarify for Master Lu, not due to Master Lu's present status, she will do that for any person who deserves it.
5 ) Fang Qing's death has nothing to do with Master Lu. Before Ms. Fang fatal incident, Ms. Fang Qing already left Seattle for five years, she gun shot herself at her boy friend's workplace, as she could not get over with the emotional disputes between her and her boy friend.

The video of the above incident is featured in " Light Up Your Heart Candle", the roll taken on 2013.6.6, during the visit of Miss Han Yuhua to Seattle Temple, with her aim to clarify unscrupulous rumours that are deliberately manufactured to defame Master Lu.

I want to update you on the status of your case. The lawsuit against Grand Master Lu has been dismissed because we are unable to find him. Now that the lawsuit has been dismissed, he may well return. As soon as he returns, let us know. We then must re-file the lawsuit and serve him with a copy immediately. Before our firm will be willing to do that, you will need to have the costs paid off or be progressing to payment as we agreed. You will also need to pay for things such as the cost of serving him with the papers.

SHC says she had already file a rape case to take Sheng-yen Lu to US court and has been challenging Mr. Lu for herpes test persistently over the decade, she must take Mr. Lu to the US court and answer to her rape case.

But SHC aka Chong Siew Har did not even submit her herpes report to any of the US Legal, Law and Order departments at all, none of these US legal organisation tagged any document number to her so called “herpes” report. Furthermore SHC aka Chong Siew Har dare not even let her lawyer notice that she is infested with herpes disease, for 10 over years, she never utter a word of her herpes to her own lawyer. SHC aka Chong Siew Har dare not and make sure that she shall not leave any trace of her herpes disease incident and record in US. This explains why SHC aka Chong Siew Har dare not perform herpes test in US, she done the test in Canada.

So SHC has no intention to pursue the self-produced “rape” case in US from start since she is hiding all her “herpes” evidence from all  US Legal, Law and Order departments,  instead she designed and engaged a misleading monetary case and took action on the period after Mr. Lu went for his retreat which he had planned and announced since 1993. Yet SHC aka Chong Siew Har yells on internet for challenging Mr. Lu for herpes test persistently over the decade until today? What’s the point?

What are the needs and motives for SHC aka Chong Siew Har to make up lies and stories on internet so as to deceive the world for decade?

是什么需求和动机让张秀霞又名SHC又名Chong Siew Har在互联网上散布毁谤与谣言，意图欺骗世人十余年？

张秀霞冤枉陷害卢胜彦案一隅，卢胜彦在美被控逼奸一案实属部署骗局的开始。Unveil the plan to defame Lu Sheng Yen via the plot of US court case.

The only court case SHC had with Sheng Yen Lu was a request made to Seattle Temple for refunding of her investment with the temple. 　张秀霞唯一把师尊扯进去的案件，是向西雅图雷藏寺追讨她在寺庙的投资本金。

But SHC deliberately named the defendant as Sheng Yen Lu and not the key subject, Seattle Temple, so as to confuse the audience. 　而且，张秀霞故意把答辩人题为卢胜彦，而不是关键性的西雅图雷藏寺，意图制造鱼目混珠的效果。

However, SHC could not provide any of her monetary/ bank’s to and fro transactions and records to serve as the evident of her investment. 　然而张秀霞却无法交出银行财务往来账目的证据来证明她曾经做出投资项目。

In addition, her statements were flip-flops all the times such that the hearing failed to materialize a single evidence nor a fact and figure that SHC claimed, that’s why SHC could not progress her hearing to the court. 　再者，张秀霞一直前言不对后嘴，证据立场完全无法成立，导致案件从审讯中无法继续跟进。

US tends to sympathize women. The US court believes that SHC could not present herself properly and gave her second chance to revisit her case using Law of Denovo, meaning treated it as an entirely new case. Thus a new hearing for SHC again.　美国司法向来同情女性，相信张秀霞无法好好的解说案情，便以Law of Denovo之列，让张秀霞再次上听审会，以全新的案件来对待和处理。

Even the temple’s lawyer also sympathized SHC and out of his initiative, the lawyer acted on his own made an offer to SHC for the US$10K cash as an option for compensation, without even consulting Seattle Temple and did not even get any consent from Seattle Temple. The lawyer apologized to Seattle Temple after that and willing to clarify this issue at all time.　甚至连西雅图雷藏寺聘请的律师也同情张秀霞，不曾问过雷藏寺的意愿，也未经雷藏寺的同意，自作主张的向张秀霞做出US$10K的选择赔偿。这名律师已经向西雅图雷藏寺道歉并愿意全天候为雷藏寺澄清这件事故。

The US legal authorities treated SHC’s case with extreme care. It is certainly not the case that SHC claimed upon the unresponsiveness of US Law and Legal Department. 　美国的司法界卯尽全力，全心全意，设身处地的为张秀霞处理案件。所以不是张秀霞自称的美国司法以“不了了之”的方式来处理她的案件。

Then SHC seized the opportunity to make verbal request to her lawyer for filing rape case with Sheng Yen Lu，and at this point of time, SHC still dare not inform her lawyer that she has herpes, thus SHC never submit her herpes report to any US Law and Legal Department，this explains why SHC’s herpes report carries no legal tagged number, not even a police report tagged number. Lawyer works on case by case basis, and thus SHC’s lawyer advised SHC to file A NEW RAPE CASE WITH SHENG YEN LU IF SHC INSISTS TO PURSUE FURTHER. 　律师不会在诉讼半途中再加上另一个与主题无关的案件，便建议张秀霞，如果张秀霞有诚意，需重新开新的个案，控告卢胜彦性侵。

In fact, SHC deliberately waited until Sheng Yen Lu went for his retreat, such that he became non-contactable, thereafter SHC filed a “financial” case and named Sheng Yen Lu as the defendant. 　事实，张秀霞等得好苦，终于等到卢胜彦去“归隐”了，认为卢胜彦不会再回到社会人群里头，更不可能再让人寻获之后，张秀霞便开始了金钱上的诉讼，提控西雅图雷藏寺。

However, SHC spread the rumours that Sheng Yen Lu went for hiding to escape the court case with her.　然而，张秀霞却向外散播谣言，说卢胜彦为了躲避法庭，跑去躲了起来。

Now, Sheng Yen Lu came back from his retreat since 2005, SHC still dare not file a rape case against him. 　现在，卢胜彦自2005年出关了，张秀霞仍然不敢向卢胜彦做出性侵的提控。

For years, SHC’s lawyer has been calling up to SHC to open a new rape case with Sheng Yen Lu, and SHC rejected her lawyer’s offer and avoided her lawyer totally.　许多年来，张秀霞的律师一直联络张秀霞，要为她审理性侵的案件，给张秀霞足够的时间来处理新的提控。但是张秀霞却对这律师说她，张秀霞，放弃提控卢胜彦，然后完全回避这名律师。

Thats why, SHC dare not sue Sheng Yen Lu with her herpes report, not before, not after. 　所以，张秀霞自始自终，都不敢，也不曾，纳用“疱疹”报告来提控卢胜彦性侵，以前不敢，以后也不敢。以前没有，以后更不会有。

The only conclusion is that, Mr. Lu never rape SHC, let alone the sexual transmission disease rumours and this is the reason that SHC could not produce any valid evidence of the rape she proclaimed, however, to facilitate her motives, she can smoke the native ones with that so called herpes report since these people can be easily manipulated, happily and willingly be. 　结论只有一个，卢胜彦从来没有性侵过张秀霞，更不可能传染什么“疱疹”性病给她。所以张秀霞谎称为性侵证据的“疱疹”报告，只是拿来戏弄无知又知识贫乏的人士而已，可怜的是，许多知识贫乏的人，也是极度容易被人摆布的人，极度容易成为别人手中的棋子，被摆布后还甘之如饴呢。
