Dear Siew,

I want to update you on the status of your case. The lawsuit against Grand Master Lu has been dismissed because we are unable to find him. Now that the lawsuit has been dismissed, he may well return. Please keep your eyes and ears open to his return. It doesn’t have to be the state of Washington; it can be anywhere in the United States.

As soon as he returns, let us know. We then must re-file the lawsuit and serve him with a copy immediately. Before our firm will be willing to do that, you will need to have the costs paid off or be progressing to payment as we agreed. You will also need to pay for things such as the cost of serving him with the papers.
