SHC says she had already file a rape case to take Sheng-yen Lu to US court and has been challenging Mr. Lu for herpes test persistently over the decade, she must take Mr. Lu to the US court and answer to her rape case.

But SHC aka Chong Siew Har did not even submit her herpes report to any of the US Legal, Law and Order departments at all, none of these US legal organisation tagged any document number to her so called “herpes” report. Furthermore SHC aka Chong Siew Har dare not even let her lawyer notice that she is infested with herpes disease, for 10 over years, she never utter a word of her herpes to her own lawyer. SHC aka Chong Siew Har dare not and make sure that she shall not leave any trace of her herpes disease incident and record in US. This explains why SHC aka Chong Siew Har dare not perform herpes test in US, she done the test in Canada.

So SHC has no intention to pursue the self-produced “rape” case in US from start since she is hiding all her “herpes” evidence from all  US Legal, Law and Order departments,  instead she designed and engaged a misleading monetary case and took action on the period after Mr. Lu went for his retreat which he had planned and announced since 1993. Yet SHC aka Chong Siew Har yells on internet for challenging Mr. Lu for herpes test persistently over the decade until today? What’s the point?
